William Ehrlich

William Ehrlich was born and raised in El Paso, Texas.  He is a 1986 graduate of Coronado High School. He attended the University of Texas at El Paso (B.A. 1991) and obtained his law degree from Wesleyan University School of Law (J.D. 1994) which is now Texas A&M University. William is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the El Paso Bar Association. William’s areas of practice include Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Residential, Commercial and Bank Lending, Mezzanine Finance, Construction Law, Business, Business Corporations and Partnerships and Asset Protection.   

Texas Monthly magazine has recognized William Ehrlich as both a rising star super lawyer in Texas and currently as a top attorney.  He represents commercial and residential real estate developers, business owners and entrepreneurs along with mortgage and real estate companies, brokers, and individual investors. William is an active owner of many multi-family apartment communities and commercial properties and is also involved in the management of the day-to-day activities and operations of EPT Land Communities, which is an El Paso, Texas based land developer.
