Richard Aguilar

Richard Aguilar is a renowned real estate investor, broker, and bank director based in El Paso, Texas. With a successful career spanning various facets of the industry, Richard has demonstrated expertise in multi-family investments, property management, and land development.

In 1999, he founded Capital Bank and currently serves as its director. Through his company, Integrity Asset Management, Richard has successfully turned around distressed properties and managed a growing portfolio of over 9,000 units in 58+ communities. His notable investments include The Reserve at Sandstone Ranch and The Venue at Montecillo, a mixed-use community.

Richard's expertise extends to commercial and retail properties, managing over 500,000 square feet of space in several cities. He also oversees a portfolio of approximately 160 single-family homes in the El Paso area. He co-founded Liberty Realtors and partnered with Mike Yardeni to create Majestic Realtors, facilitating hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions.
